Shipping Details

Customers around the Kingdom can benefit from our shipping policies.

  1. For customers based in Riyadh City, we provide Same-Day, Next-Day and Standard delivery options. Each option has its own fees. Standard delivery may take around 1-3 days in Riyadh City.
  2. For customers based outside Riyadh, Standard delivery only applies which may take around 2-6 days to deliver. (Based on the location of customer).
  3.  Customers can also order on our website and collect their packages from our store directly without any additional fees.
  4. Cut-off time for Same-Day and Next-Day Deliveries is 12:30pm (GMT +3).

For pre-orders and items that are currently unavailable:

Customers can benefit from our ordering service from items that are currently out-of-stock or not available on our website at all. The terms for this service is as follows:

  1. A detailed description of the product that customer wants to order including any images, dimensions or documents etc. customer may have.
  2. An advance payment of 70% upon agreement and remaining 30% upon delivery (e.g. If the product cost SAR 100, the customer will have to pay SAR 70 before ordering and the remaining can be paid upon delivery.
  3. Ordering or delivery of such items may take around 10 – 45 days depending on the item and its quantity.
  4. Once the order is processed, the advance payment can not be refunded.
  5. Shipping costs for such orders would same as normal orders. Only Flat Shipping fees apply.
